What are the delivery costs and shipping times?

Costs and shipping times usually depend on the delivery address.

Shipping is free for orders over 500 € (or $500) for delivery abroad.

If your order is placed you will receive an email to confirm processing and despatch.

Despatch can be from 1-8 working days depending on stock.

What is your delivery zone for orders via your e-shop?

All items ordered via our e-shop are delivered worldwide using Fedex.

Items made to measure (Special Orders) can not be exchanged or refunded.

How can I track my order?

If you want to track the progress of your order log on to your account on our website and click on Order history and details to check your order’s status:

– Preparation in progress: Order has been confirmed and is being prepared for despatch

– Shipped: Order has been despatched and can now be tracked on the shipper’s website using your order package number

Fedex deliveries: you will be sent an email or text once your order has been despatched along with a tracking number.

How can I best take care of my jewelry?

Silver

Silver jewelry oxidises naturally with air and humidity.
Occasional cleaning with a special cloth will keep the silver shiny and remove the oxidation.
In order to best avoid oxidation, keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from the air.
Gold-plated / Silver-plated

It is not recommended to wear jewelry when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up.
The patina tends to disappear over time. The speed at which this disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. Loss of patina is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.
Feathers

This is a unique piece of jewelry and, because of its composition, is fragile; a fall or strong knock could damage it.
To clean, use a special cloth for gold and silver jewelry and rub gently.
Lace

To wear this, slide the open part of the cuff along your wrist without without pushing the 2 sections apart which might break it.

Store your jewelry separately.

What should I do if my jewelry is damaged or broken?

We provide a free repairs service for one year from the date of purchase (till receipt required). This service is free as long as the damage is the result of normal wear and tear and/or because there is a manufacturing fault.

Once this guarantee period has expired our after-sales team offers a paying repairs service where possible. You will be provided with a quote for the anticipated repairs which will need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.

If you bought your item in our e-shop please send us your item of jewelry with proof of purchase (downloadable from My account > Order history and details) to the following address:

Your item will be appraised by our workshop experts before notification of the required time frame & rates for repairs.
